2. Meta & WhatsApp Business Terms

By connecting your WhatsApp Business API / Meta Cloud API credentials to AiLafz, you agree to comply with Meta's developer terms, WhatsApp Business Policies, and commerce policies. Any violation of Meta's rules may result in the suspension of your integration by Meta or termination of your AiLafz account.

3. Automated Messaging & Consent

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have received proper opt-in consent from your customers before sending automated notifications, broadcasts, or marketing templates. You agree not to use AiLafz to send unsolicited messages (spam) or content that violates applicable local and international consumer protection laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

AiLafz is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. In no event shall AiLafz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or message delivery failures resulting from Meta API outages.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the last updated date of this page.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local e-commerce and SaaS guidelines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
