Data Deletion Instructions
AiLafz is a WhatsApp automation tool designed to link with your shop and Meta applications. To comply with Meta's requirements for developers regarding platform data control, we provide this guide on how users and customers can request their personal data to be deleted from our systems.
1. Meta Platform Data Deletion
If you have integrated your Facebook/Meta app or logged in using Meta authentication, and wish to delete your association and stored records from our platform, you can initiate a deletion request.
2. How to Request Data Deletion
To have your account and associated customer contact details, integration credentials, and chat histories removed, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@yourdomain.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Provide your registered admin email address and your store details (Shopify/WooCommerce URL).
- Our team will verify the ownership of the account and process the deletion request.
3. What Happens After Requesting Deletion
Upon verification, the following data is permanently purged from our MySQL databases:
- Your admin user credentials and logs.
- Your connected Meta API integration tokens and keys.
- All WhatsApp messages, conversation records, and customer contact info synced with your store.
This process is irreversible. All automations and recovery schedules for your store will stop immediately.
4. Processing Time
Data deletion requests are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once the deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
